get rid of it, then you wont have the problem!
broom it
take your hose pipe upstairs an wash the roof from your bedroom window. As to get of black stains get some white paint
wrap cloth round top of ladder to prevent damage if you have step ladder its not needed .
use a brush like you would on a floor and brush with a hot water and soap solution .bleach could be used but that could discolour the caravan.
put water in a basin and just dip brush in the hotter the better and scrub or of you have a power hose even better.
Paint thinners or petrol, and a swan vesta/zippo lighter.
If no one can see it, does it matter?
Take a wodden lader it will be fine..
A step ladder, and a soft broom.
Water is generally a good idea.
Step ladder and a mop, bleach solution or a good quality floor cleaner, thats what we use to do ours
stilts
Use a step ladder rather than a lean-to ladder.
Bleach in warm water and rubber gloves… nothing cleans better than bleach!
in my 26 years of cleaning caravan rooves, is A) pick a nice day B) do all the hard work yourselves on the top with buckets and mops, get the kids running around and when you have finished with the dirty water lean over and shower them in it. then have an amazing picnic, the children will be laughing, hopefully so will you, you’ll all be suntanned and hey fun day by all! dont take any notice of the addicts, all it needs is a hot squeexy and sum scrubbin! and the best site you can visit is caerfelin, aberporth, wales, and by the way i am not the owner, of the site, i enjoyed everyday of my childhood there!
t.cut polish then a good wash down
We bought an extending brush that attatches to the hosepipe. Easy to clean the roof that way. Have also used jif cream for the stubborn stains. Hasn’t don any damage.
Hire a pressure washer and a couple of sets of tall step ladders and a scaffolding plank. Most washers have a detergent tank and whilst you have it, wash the car and your patio, they clean patios well. Choose a powerful one and be careful they can cut your toes off. Tony in remote Isan.
