If My Caravan Weighs 14,350kg Elddis Typhoon Unladen
is my Mondeo 2 DCTI capable of towing this weight? I know I would have to take into account of laden weight as well...2 adults awning etc.

Kerb weight is what your car weighs, whereas the maximum towing weight is the most it is capable of pulling. It is not safe to exceed this limit, and doing so would invalidate your insurance.
